Manual searches worth automating, ranked by volume. Claim one to work on it, mark it Not Automatable to park it, and move it through the pipeline: build the script, submit it to QC, fix and resubmit if QC sends it back, then hand it to Engineering through pickup, build, and release. Everyone with this link can edit — changes save for everyone, and the board refreshes itself every few seconds.

Search Volume = manual search count, summed across the months selected above (default: all). Source: Snowflake DB_GOLD.INVESTIGATIONS.VW_MANUAL_SEARCHES_BY_MONTH (the same data behind the "Manual Searches by Volume" Power BI report), pulled 2026-10-19. Shown here: searches whose single-month volume has exceeded 500 at least once. Investigator list is the Snowflake "Analyst / Associate" role bucket, 197 people, pulled the same day. QC Reviewer names and investigator emails come from the rosters managed under Admin, top right. Automatable / Investigator / Playground Link / QC Reviewer / Engineer / Notes, plus the three Status columns, are set by whoever uses this board and live in Cloudflare D1, shared across everyone with the link — not part of the Snowflake pull. QC Reviewer unlocks as soon as an investigator claims the search. Investigator Status, QC Status and Engineering Status are three views onto one shared pipeline, each showing only the step that person needs to act on: submitting moves it into QC's column as "Ready for Review," QC approving moves it into Engineering's column as "Ready for Pickup," and so on — each is filterable above so investigators and QC can each find their own work. Every status is a free toggle in both directions, so moving forward never locks out moving something back. Assigning an investigator with an email on file offers to send them a real notification email; "Just assign" skips it. Notes carries the current QC disapproval reason when a script is sent back — this board keeps current state only, not a full history of every review cycle. Not-automatable and Released searches are hidden by default; the counts next to each "Show…" toggle tell you how many are currently tucked away.
